These Terms govern your use of the Brain Level website (brain-level.app) and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Brain Level provides an online cognitive assessment (IQ test), a results report, and cognitive‑training content and exercises. The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes and is not a professional psychological, medical, or diagnostic evaluation.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto‑renewal

Access to your results and premium features is provided on a recurring subscription basis. Any trial, the price, the billing period and the renewal price are shown clearly at checkout before you pay and before any charge is made. Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, and your payment method is charged for the next period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation stops all future renewals.

4. Payments

Payments are billed by the Operator, Oleksandr Bukovskyi, and processed by Stripe. The subscription is billed for the initial trial period (e.g. 7 days for $1.00, or as shown at checkout), then renews automatically at the recurring price and interval shown to you at checkout until cancelled. On your card statement, the first charge reads “BRAIN LEVEL” and renewals read “BRAIN LEVEL”. Cancelling stops all future renewals.

5. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse‑engineer it, or use it unlawfully. Content and materials are owned by the Operator or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer‑protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
