Response time

We answer within one business day, and within two at the outside. If you have not heard back in three, assume the mail went astray and send it again — we would rather read it twice than not at all.

What to write about

• Billing and refunds — a charge you do not recognise, a refund request, an invoice. Write from the email address on your account and include the date and amount of the charge; that is all we need to find it.
• Cancelling — you can cancel yourself in your account settings at any time, and emailing us works just as well.
• Access problems — you paid and cannot get into your account, or your results are not showing.
• Your data — access, correction or deletion of your personal data under the Privacy Policy.
• Anything else — questions about the test, the report, or the training content.
